Chef Russell Michel is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who has 40 years of experience as an executive chef in the wellness and hospitality industry to include leading a passionate team at Canyon Ranch and teaching in the Life in Balance Kitchen at Miraval. He enjoys preparing healthy cuisine designed to feed the body, mind and spirit. You will taste and feel the difference. Chef Russell will work to prepare meals curated to your needs. Chef Russell is well versed in all cuisines from around the world. Meals are prepared with wholesome ingredients designed to feed your body to wellness or maintain wellness. All meals are prepared and delivered to you with simple instructions for heating the cuisine prior to enjoying. The menu items listed below are an example.
